Cancellation Policy
I truly understand that life happens! As a private studio, last-minute cancellations have a big impact on my small business and schedule.
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may not be eligible to rebook.
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This goes toward your service total.
Reschedule/deposits may be transferred once with at least 48 hours notice.
